Welcome to my site! It's nothing fancy at the moment, but I'm hoping you learn a bit about me throughout this process. It's not the first time I've created code for a wesbite, but it is the first time I'm creating an entire site from scratch, and let me tell you, I am anxious . Here's to hoping this adventure is a good one!

Why am I here?

I'm taking this class for a few reasons, but mainly:

  1. The internet can be a scary place when we don't understand it. I want to understand it.
  2. Knowing how to make a website from scratch (and not just via templates) is a very valuable skill in any profession, so it's a skill I'd like to learn more about.
  3. This course is also one of the options to take for a few the MLIS certificates offered through Dominican, and I figured why not take it now?
